I've always liked cyclic ketogenic diets, and since I started CF I've bounced between the zone and a CKD.

Some CKD proponents also recommend cycling exercise to accomodate the diet. (Lyle McDonald's Ultimate Diet is one example.) How would you modify the normal WOD schedule to work better with a CKD? Thanks in advance.

Neil-

O-lifting/gymnastics strength work when you are on the low side carb wise. Metcons post carb load. This actually fits well with RUTMANS ME-Black Box template quite well.

Hey, Robb

Thanks for the reply. Would that mean one carb load every four days, on the evening of the rest day?
