I am starting to learn the value of core lifts. When you really focus on them they take up more time than it seems but the return is greater. BB is something I don't think I will ever get interested in lol. I like getting stronger too much and not being wicked sore all the time.

Noted on the steps. I want to get stands. Bracing my knees against the rack causes pain and I fidget a bit before starting. That is part of what you saw.

Damn, I can't keep up with this thread today. Great job Bill. I got Sumo Deadlifts tomorrow (first time maxing out on them), and then the dreaded 2x800 meter runs.
