Push Ups: 12, 17, 13, 13, 13 (68)

Sit Ups: 15, 18, 11, 11, 14 (69)

C25K: 90 sec run/90 sec walk, 3 min run/3 min walk x2

Cool Down

Comments: Legs were rough the first run/walk, other than that, great. Went back to Week 3, Day 1 since it's been 13 days since the last time I did push/sit/run. Only did the 'atleast' reps since it's been a while.
