Recent day at Westside

Brandon Lilly (a Westside lifter with a 2,500 lbs total) put this video up. Louie is in it. Brandon is the big gorilla with a beard.

The music may not be WFS: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmfMdrKLCsY

Oh, and the big yellow plates are 100s.

Re: Recent day at Westside

In the video a group of the guys did some high rep olympic style box squats. Were they doing that as recovery work? Replacement for a ME workout via the repetition method or was it just some assistance work?

Thanks.
Bob

Re: Recent day at Westside

Just curious - that was all from one day? They benched and deadlifted on the same day? Looked like both were ME.

That was the morning and evening crews. It may have been more than one day.
