Yea, if Rogue had any of their other girls do the workout with Tommy they would have won for sure. Any guesses on who will win?

"I can't do muscle-ups."

What's Caity doing there if she can't even do muscle-ups? Does she have an injury or something?

Agreed. Honestly, I'm shocked that an athlete of Caity's calibre can't do ring dips.

I didn't watch in enough detail...did she do any dips?

Not one, Tommy did them all. After watching I thought the other side was more lenient, Camille was very strict (which is good) but the other side not so much on those dips.

Someone before said it right, if Tommy was with any other girl they would have won, not taking anything away from Lipson or his partner.

I very much respect Tommy he's very humble, his judge was more strict and he blames himself.

Re: The Call Out - Tahoe Throwdown!

ya, I was wondering that as well with the muscle ups

it's gotta be an injury or somethin.

Tommy is da man though for sure!

Where was Mikko? Do they have to take turns? I didnt notice him in the background either. He could have beat Again Faster goin solo in that event.

The format for these afternoon workouts is that once an athlete competes, he/she is done for the day. So you have to be smart about who you pick. I cannot wait for Speal to go and rock a bodyweight movement WOD, there has yet to be one for him.

Yea agree. I mean, not to rip on the girl cuz she's strong as hell, but you'd think someone on Rogue or Faster should be able to pound out many of them. Hell, I got like 15 the first time I tried and I rarely do bodyweight exercises. And I'm hardly Rogue or Again Faster Material. When the guy said she couldn't do ring dips, I knew it was over... And I doubt it's an injury either otherwise she wouldn't have been able to do kipping pullups, wallballs or sled pushes.

Still, she is one hell of an athlete and would school my a$$ at basketball lol. I remember a few years back when they did Grace as the last event of the CF games. And she just obliterated the field to take the win.

Honestly, even those 75lb presses are bad enough in FGB. I can't imagine doing them with 135. That was probably the hardest one yet. Jason killed it though. Very impressive for a big guy.
