today +60 burpups - 930 total


12 sets of 5. felt as good on the last rep as i did on the first. so glad i did this challenge



Great job albert & james! really enjoyed this challenge with you guys & see you in the november thruster challenge

I got into CrossFit to stop making excuses for poor fitness, but in light of this little challenge, allow me to start again!

Oh.......but I would be a legend among the physicians around these parts!

6 Sets of 10 Reps = 60 burpups

Finally over. In the beginning, the
10 sets of 6 reps would have been
tough, but now this was relatively
easy to get through.

End of Challenge.

Now to finish Skeleton Crew
and get that 'Major Award'.
