Real quick and abbreviated in the garage. School is back up and this was just a transition day to try and get myself on a different schedule. Happy with the result but can definitely feel the fact that I haven't been squatting as much this summer.

Pretty good day here today. The attempt at 106 wasn't close, but 103 was the most I've made in a while.

Soooooooooo bad at these. Haven't been here in a while, but its just an awkward movement for me.

Push Press

Let the 110 ride me down a little too far, otherwise pretty good here with these. First time I've done these in quite a while.

Pretty good day here. Similar to yesterday I made good weight, but things didn't feel great balance wise. Missed the first attempt at 134 pretty theatrically, then clarked the second one.

Clean Pulls

Was rushing to squeeze these in, these felt like they weighed roughly 900 lbs.

Wanted to get the make at 280 for the second day in a row, but it just wasn't happening. Missed all three cleans only one of which was particularly close.

Just squeezing this in here before I left, wanted to do a third thing.

Haven't touched this in a while. Last one was a 1 kilo PR for this exercise.

These felt better as the sets wore on. Made my goal on each of the last two sets. Nothing crazy ambitious, just wanted to move some weight.

Bench Press

As planned with the four clusters. Felt good through out here. First time benching in the garage.

Great day here. As far as I can remember my best ever snatch from the blocks was only 93 so today was a massive PR, great to go through the entire time with no misses as well.

Press

These felt awesome. Great to even get the opportunity to go after 190 given how long this lift had been stagnant in the past.

Pull Ups
4x10

One set after each set of 8

Glute Ham Raise

One set after each single.

Midline
3x20 Ab Wheel, 3x20 Superman

Superset back and forth.

Breaking in a new belt today, so the singles up to 128 didn't exactly feel great. Got the sense of things better as I moved through the back off sets. Very happy to make the 123 there.

Back Squat
20x10, 70x10, 100x8, 140x1, 100x8, 160x1, 100x8, 171x1, 100x8, 182x1

First time applying this rep cluster to anything other than bench or press. This was tough. Last two singles felt very heavy, but actually moved faster than they felt.

Good day. 104 is the most that I've made in a while. Was happy to have the opportunity to attempt 109. Didn't go all the way under the bar on either attempt though. Need to get over what is on the bar.

Clean and Jerk
60x3+1, 80x1, 90x1, 100x1, 110x1, 118x1, 126x1, 131 (F), 131x1

Came back on real short break to make the 131 after I missed the first one to my butt. For the second day in a row had to really summon things up to get the make after the miss.

I think 235 is my 2nd best total ever.

Working a major weakness here for this position. Went and put my straps on after the three misses at 85 and pulled things together a little. Made the goal.

High Block Clean
60x5, 80x3, 90x2, 100x2, 110x2, 115 (F), 115x1, 119x1, 122x1, 124 (F), 124x1

Made it here as well. Really forcing myself to try and finish and be fast.

Back Squat
135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 325x3x10

Jumping on a modified version of the Catalyst Athletics 10x3 program for the next several weeks. Normally wouldn't do this after the volume on the lifts but may not be able to train tomorrow. So just did it now.

Snatch Press BTN
95x3, 100x3, 105x3, 110x3, 115x3, 120x3, 125x3, 130x3, 135x3, 137x3

Seeing how high I could push the triple. Did a set after each squat working set.
