bodyweight exercise video

This video was on straight to the bar today. I haven't heard of these guys before, but they have amazing pull up strength.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SWs94Pu_kG4

The video is w/fs. I watched it on the church computer with the volume down, so I can't speak for the language.

Moderators note: some language mildly offensive

Re: bodyweight exercise video

There has been a couple threads about these guys. It's impressive, although nothing amazing. I'm sure the upper eschelon of Crossfitters are capable of many of these feats. However, I don't mean to disrespect these guys. They're big guys who can do some neat gymnastics tricks, and they seem to be promoting a positive attitude and good health, so they deserve a lot of credit.

Re: bodyweight exercise video

It's been posted before, but the second guy's kip is still pretty impressive - that's a good 4' vertical... but those one arm chins were weak.

Re: bodyweight exercise video

I'm going to declare right now that "Weak one arm chinups" is a HUGE oxymoron.

I don't know. I don't imagine there are too many 260 pound CFers who can pull off what the big guy was doing.
