Ach! 'Tis nae but a wee workout log...

I'm training for Highland Games!

I'm following Arden and Anthony's advice (thanks guys!) and trying to work in some heavy O-lifts as well as practicing the actual events. I'm still in the process of figuring out where I'm at in terms of baseline numbers, so I'm not doing anything too nuts yet...

1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Snatch-max weight was 105 (eugh...I've never really done these, so I'm still learning)

70 ft farmer's walk with 55 lb KBs/15 second deadhang on rope-5 rounds (trying to improve grip)

Power clean:
1 x 1rm
3 x 85% 1rm
5 x 65% 1rm
back up to 1rm

repeat cycle 3 times
