I've started a pretty hectic Crossfit am/ Muay Thai pm schedule. So far I think it might be too much to maintain over time. I usually end up concentrating on one to the near exclusion of the other.

Does anyone have any recovery suggestions or advice for maximizing efficiency in both workouts?

Moderation....or risk burn out.

Pick one per day if that is what keeps you consistent and feeling strong. Take days, weekends off. If you are weak, sick and decreasing your overall health...what is the point of working out in that way? Die faster? (exageration..but you see the point)

Most people...most all people will not eat the calories it required to have a 2x a day workout schedule...never mind a 1x a day schedule if done every day.

Recovery means taking time off to make the body repair is done when you exercise, just if you never are you supposed to improve health?

Max recovery with PWO nutrition, sleep, eating for your energy balance levels, antioxidants, stress reduction, and just living a life that promotes health and wellness. (Stress management is look at anyone in a job that is stressed and watch their health plummet)

I know it's not what is normally recommended here, but I've had great success with endurox post-workout mix.
