Got to do some weight-sled drags this morning, starting out light at a 180lb load.
Kept increasing every 4 lengths of the gym, until I got to 270lb.
Shortened the distance, and added another 45lb plate.
Went good most of the way, then pulled a calf muscle.
Thank GOD I heal fast(though not as fast as when I was younger).
So I guess it's 315lb for now; maybe I can set a new PR after I turn 56 next month.
Gotta keep moving to stay young!

frank, your a beast! You should get a good massage on that calf! I'm your your personal OT will know how to care for it! Heal well!

Thanks Jennifer!
I am blessed to have a wife that is an avid CrossFitter and a therapist!
True to the CrossFit mindset, she didn't say anything about not training ( she's tough, and knows how important hard training is and I'm glad).
