I've been doing crossfit now for 25 days exactly, felt that I should post my frist real accomplishment, basically just to brag.
Starting weight = 256 lbs
Current weight = 238 lbs
Lost 2 inches around my waist
5k time improvement is my real accomplishment

8/14/07 - 30:00 Really pushed myself
