Anyone Crossfitters from the UK use this forum?

Where abouts are you fella

There is just a mate and myself Crossfitting in our 'globo' Gym, Total Fitness in Wakefield. Would be good to visit someone doing it properly. I am just learning.

Ha ha!! I never said I was doing it properly!!
It's just me training in a local gym too. I'm not sure you'd learn anything other than bad habits from me...

I'm in Kent - down South. No affiliates down here but, like you, trying to struggle through.

I have visited an affiliate though, just for a one-off session when I was away with work. That visit left me with the impression that intensity was somewhat lacking in my regular training... It was an education though. If you can visit an affiliate, I'd recommend it.
Also, I went on CrossFit London's iCourse yesterday. It was fantastic! If you can get down for one of their future offerings, it also comes highly recommended.

All the best.
