Friday June 22nd

Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
5 Box Jumps
10 L-Pullups
15 Knees-to-Elbows

5 Rounds + 5 Box Jumps

Knees to elbows and L-pullups are weak something i will defiantly have to improve on

Sunday June 24th

Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster
Pull-ups (I did Strict Pull-ups)

No watch but i would say 12-15 minutes, those pull-ups killed me

Monday June 25th

The WOD called for 7 max front squats, however my globo-gym was packed(time for a home gym!!) people using the 1 squat rack for bicep curls and the like me off so i did 7 max DL's instead

135x8
225x3

245-245-255-265-275(f)-245-245

Tied my PR @ 265

Tuesday June 26th

WOD called for run 5K

I tweaked this a bit for working on my mile time.

Workout is as followed

Run 800m @ goal pace (3:00)
Rest 400m (run/jog)
Run 400m @ goal pace (1:30) x2
Rest 200m
Run 200m @ goal pace (:45) x4
Rest 100m
Rune 100m @ goal pace (:22.5) x 4
Rest 100m

I had to walk most of my rests because it was so hot out i was drained!

Its been awhile i went a good week without working out :-(

I did a Half murph the other day with a time around 30mins

Today i did the CFT

Back Squat = 240 (0) (got 245 but it was sloppy
Shoulder Press = 115 (+10)
Deadlift = 275 (+10)

Total = 630 (+20)

+20 im good with that :-) keep working hard for that next level :D

I've Returned! I lost track of my fitness goals and how awesome crossfit was working for me.

The day i decide to do my First WOD since November is "Linda", awesome

"Linda"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight


Scaled it a bit by 10 pounds off each lift
Weighting in at 165

BP = 150
Deadlift = 225
Cleans = 100

Time = 32:02 - Felt good to get back into it, bench press was easy cleans the most exhausting. Lots of breaks means lots of room for improvment!

Time = 7:00 to 8:30 range i had to use the wall clock
