I would not consider it such in the context of this discussion. While technically it could be. Something like row all out 60 seconds on 60 seconds off. Or run 800M, rest 2min for 4 rounds would be more generally accepted as interval training. EMOMs such as 5 pullups, or 3 C&J are more a strength/muscle endurance workout. I guess run 200M EMOM would be an interval workout in this context...
So to answer your question...sort of.
