Broken scaphoid bone (wrist)

I broke my wrist a few weeks ago, but just recently had a cast put on. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a WOD that might still prove challenging without messing with my wrist. I can still execute back squats and certain machine exercises, but Im trying to stay in keeping with CF WOD's.

Thanks

-Seth

don't want to mess with the scaphoid as it is a very slow healer due to its poor blood supply. So as an ortho surgeon I would not recommend any gripping, pushing, lifting, pulling, That leaves running, squats with weighted vest, situps, box jumps, hollow rock, back extensions, one armed kettlebells

Pretty much what Sean said.

Scaphoid hard to heal... avoid going things with that arm until it heals.

But there is still a lot of stuff you can do as noted above. Good luck
