So, it sounds like I need to eat more and lift heavier. At 170 lbs., am I supposed to shoot for at least 170g of protein per day? Is it all right if this mostly comes in the form of protein powder? On rest days, should I still maintain a similar diet?
Aside from this, the main crossfit site, are there any other affiliate sites that might be good for me to explore as a daily resource for my workout routine? |
