Re: Extra squats
I believe it was John Welbourne, ex-NFL player and creator of Crossfit Football who said something like, "squats literally cure cancer".
So, yes, talk to the trainers and get in early for some extra squat work. You dont even need half-an-hour. Go in 10 minutes early and do a 4 or 5 sets at a moderate weight. Work on mobility in your hips and ankles while you're at it as well. |
