I have been following the zone diet for the past 2 weeks with varied results.
i seem to lose a pound then gain a pound with constant yo-yoing
i weigh 198lbs with about an 18% BF so my current zone blocks are 5, 5, 1, 5, 1. Is this about right for my weight?
As for what im eating on the zone im eating a lot of suggestions from the crossfit journal as well as cooking things from the top 100 zone foods book.
im trying to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables every day. perhaps the only meal this doesnt happen is lunch as i take a sandwich to work.
any suggestions on things i should increase/decrease on the diet?
