Beginner

Finishing my elements class tonight and if it doesn't kill me I'm going to officially join. Starting this journey out of shape but going to fix that.

Goals:
1 Lose 100 lbs. have lost 50 in last year on weight watchers but 100 more to go
2. Be able to do a Wod as prescribed no scaling or modifying
3. Run a 10k and eventually a half marathon
4. Improve overall strength.

Have enjoyed reading all the success stories and encouragement on the board.

Good luck Amanda with your new journey, awesome job on your reached goals and on your determined will to do something for your body and mind. With how focus you sound and "no matter what it takes to finish" attitude, I am sure you can do the 10K, the half marathon and much more, once again good luck and enjoy the CF ride. 321 GO!
