Hello all. Newbie here. Just wanted to post this workout that my wife and I tried for a crossfit experience. We completed three rounds of the following for time. OHS (max in 1 minute) pullups (max in 1 minute) pushups (max in 1 minute) and a 0.4 mile run down and back up a very sharp incline hill. It took 20 minutes and 25 seconds. OHS 38,38,30 Pushups 38,37,29 pullups 29,19,16 and run times varied in 5 -6 minute range. The hill was a killer. Really buried us. From now on we will complete the WOD. Just wanted to tell all about this brutal experience. Later.
