About 440lbs at about 160lbs. Aiming to break 450 sometime reallllll soon.

633@198 and 651@220 both in '96 or '97 i think? i pulled 495 for a few last week but havent put on the belt or baby powder since i started CF. id trade my pull for a decent clean or snatch....or muscle up or double under or 5k or sprint or box jump or, well you get the idea.

Best to date was 237.5kg. 6'0" @ 87kg bodyweight.

675@242lbs
Both done in competition

I just pulled 565lbs @233lbs bw during my CF total a few weeks ago but I wouldn't call it a true max as I didn't go all out.

just getting started. I have been lifing for 2 months now. Im 35, 6'2" 188lbs. i just did 245x7 last night. guessing my 1rm is about 290.

Pulled 500lbs as a senior in HS weighing ~178 (sumo, single-ply suit, tons of adrenaline going.
But haven't pulled really heavy since then.

In January (maybe Feb) I pulled a 180-185kg clean grip, hook gripped. So I'm pretty sure if I decided to dedicate anytime/effort to DLing again then I could easily get back to mid-high 400's. Might could get back to 500#, but right now it's not something super important to me.
