Kettlebell Snatch Test

Anybody here do work with kettlebells other than simple swings in WODs? I just picked up a set for my personal training studio and was anxious to try them out.

How many snatches can you guys do in 5 minutes? 10 minutes? The Rx'd weight for men is 24kg (53lbs) and 16kg for women (35lbs). I did 93 in 5 today, my first time snatching a kb. In Enter the Kettlebell the author says the goal for men is to do 200 in 10 minutes. I think that is a pretty good goal for most of us.

Here is a good video of a girl that could put most men to shame, and gives a good idea of what the test is about. (WFS)

We did the 10min test a few weeks ago...ruins my hands more than anything. I feel like I could have done more if I had taped properly.
