A few things that I found troubling about that article. First off, they're talking about the psychologically effects of taking a high carb drink compared to a balanced meal. What about the physical effects?

Second, might. If a politician ran on the platform that he might lower taxes would you vote for him?

I'm neither on one side or the other but I've come to the conclusion that this arguement will go on until the end of time.

Off topic, I'm assuming that's a typo where he says, "resistance exercise night cause acute feelings of fatigue", that's suppose to be might, right?

I think the word "might" is used out of humility as opposed to what is sometimes an arrogant scientific certainty for what it still a vastly unexplored area. (Exercise physiology).
