Eat much more everyday!

Bring your body fat up to about 10% and you will be a stronger better CrossFitter.

This is the difference between looking good and performance. Eat and train for performance.

If you want to continue using Zone then you will need to up the fat per block significantly. Your body simply is running out of good energy sources
