Tutorials...

I am looking for any other websites like BeastSkills (WFS) that give detailed tutorials on technical skills. This is a great site. It shows a close-up on the False-grip, which helped put me over the top on my Muscle-up. All of his tutorials are intriguing to me, so I now have a lot more on my list of things to accomplish, haha. Thanks

Re: Tutorials...

I'm guessing you want gymnastic-type tutorials. www.drillsandskills.com (WFS) will keep you occupied for quite some time.

You may want to check out www.performancemenu.com (WFS) as well. There are a lot of videos/demos there for lots of the O-lifts (being that's their specialty).

Enjoy (and of course, check out the CFJ)

Re: Tutorials...

Thanks Jeremy, I will spend some time on those. And yes, I will be subscribing to the CFJ shortly.
