How do I find a CF trainer for a new affiliate?

I work full-time (active duty Army) and have the strong potential to deploy once again for a year or more. I need to find someone who is skilled (or willing to get the certs with me supplementing some or all of the cost), and more importantly, trustworthy to train/coach, run day-to-day ops, and potentially manage the whole facility. This is a scenario that will last another four years until I retire.

I firmly believe this person can make or break my CF gym and I plan to compensate them accordingly, but how in the heck do I find this guy/gal in my area (St. Pete., FL)? Someone willing to help start up a new business with all the attendant risks and rewards who is as much of a CF Kool-aid drinker as I am?

This is the one hurdle that is holding me back from affiliating right now.

Thanks to Rahsaan Kimbrow and Steven Low for your replies in the previous post.

Set up ads at the same places you look for jobs. Establish Clientele now, and hope you find one client with the drive to be developed into a manager/trainer.

Networking, networking, networking. Ask friends, family everyone you know.

Great prior post Marc~
I am in a reverse situation as you. I am looking for a CF affiliate to work for. My goal is to train, save $ to get level 2 cert potentially level 3, as well as attend the Olift, etc other certs. I went to level 1 cert 2 months ago.
Best to you finding your missing link for your CF affiliation!

My aunt lives in South Pasadena. The right deal could make me relocate down there.
