Lewinsville park in Mclean has adult sized monkey bars as part of their par-course.

Not sure where you're at in Alex, but there's a pretty decent fitness course in Kingstowne at the intersection of Kingstowne Village Parkway and Kingstowne Blvd, lots of stations and a running trail on the perimeter (trail runs throughout the area.)

If you're in the northwestern end of Alexandria, there's a pullup bar in Chinquapin Park near T.C. Williams High School. The loop road around the soccer fields in the park is about 800m.

The T.C. Williams track is open to the public when the school isn't using it. I hang pullup handles off the football goalposts.

There's a small fitness course in the park by Fairlington Community Center. It's almost exactly 1/2 mile from my house so I go there a lot for "Cindy," "Murph" and similar WODs. The loop trail around that park is about 400m, which works out nicely too. Besides the pullup bars, it has lots of situp platforms that are good for box jumps. I often haul barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells over there in my truck for workouts. It's also where I saw the guy doing pullups in a Brooks Brothers suit.
