I was in St. Louis on business last weekend and made it out to Clayton for the 7:00 AM workout with Laurie's crew. They have an interesting ambience with classes in a gym that does a lot of boxing classes--have to find your way around the heavy bags.

It was hard work and great hospitality with pullups, KB swings, situps, burpees, ball slams, and a cruel surprise twist ending.

Then I was on my feet for most of two days and could barely walk when it was over.

If you're in St. Louis check it out!
