Hello everyone......I am very excited about learning this style, philisophy, of fitness. I need help with needed equipment so that I can outfit my own gym. All I presently have is the Olympic Bar, Squat Rack, and leg machine. I want to install some rings, climbing rope, and need to get other necessities....Can I get some suggestions as to where I might be able to get them....Thanx for the input and I look forward to this cross-fit challenge..........JF

Welcome Justin to the family of CF. I was adopted about 4 weeks ago. The family is full of love and guidance!!! You can find links to equipment suppliers on the 'Main' page on the right side. Scroll down and you will see them. Again welcome, and enjoy your 'new' life as a CF'er. Your life is going to change!!!

Welcome to CrossFit. Definitely follow Skip's advice about checking out the Equipment threads. You can also do a Forum Search in certain threads for former topics on whatever subject you want.

Also, check out the Friends Of CrossFit links on the home page. Lots of great info there.

Until you could afford to buy, some of the equipment could be made and exercises could be modified, check Lynne's FAQ's. Welcome.
