What reading material would you recommend for learning more of the business side of running a business for crossfit?

it's not CrossFit specific but "the E-Myth" by Michael Gerber is a good outline of building a business rather than a job.

And I still like the Dale Carnegie classic "How to win friends and influence people"

I'm releasing a book written from the perspective of an investment banker and private investor, with in-depth interviews with prominent CrossFit box owners discussing what they have done in terms of business practices to get to where they are.

I am happy to give you a free download (it's an e-book) if you PM me. The book is called "Muscle Up Startup" and will be released at the CrossFit Games on July 26.
