Coaching Benefits?

Some of this has been mentioned before but I was hoping to get a some updated info

1. Do your coaches get free membership? If not, is there a specific reason? Do they pay full rate? How many classes do they have to coach to cover their membership etc.?
2. How much do you pay your coaches?
3. Do you allow your coaches to have after hours access to the gym? i.e. they can workout on Saturdays and Sundays when the gym is typically closed.

Thanks

Re: Coaching Benefits?

1. Free membership. I think it looks petty to have them coach "x" hours before you pay them. If you pay them, give them a membership. If they cannot work enough hours for that, don't have them as a coach.

2. $18-25

3. Yes, they each have a key. We have cameras, only at the entrance, facing outside.

Re: Coaching Benefits?

1. Coaches and spouses of coaches (as long as they live together) get a free membership. There is no minimum number of classes they need to teach to get this, it's part of being on staff. Our Front Desk gets a comped membership too.

2. $30-$50/Class

3. The only time we ask coaches to not workout are during our peak class time hours. Otherwise coaches can come and go as they please. It's like a second home to most folks!
