Weighted Box Jumps

195# 24" box....a buddy saw it at a dallas box so we gave it a few whacks...pretty fun, of course gets a little sketchy....great unique way to learn explosiveness and learn how to catch weight

I see a lot of potential to get hurt. I would think a vest would make more sense.
