Heard some talk of Progenex was was thinking about trying, priced similar to ALN (which is popular on the board). It seems ALN does a lot of pre-orders, so based on pricing and availablity to Progenex they are within $ of each other (excluding ALN sales).
Wait, the Progenex product is WAY more expensive than mine on a per serving basis. You pay roughly the same price for half the servings of Progenex...

Re: Progenex FLOW

With enough wasabi/soya, I can stomach that salmon sashimi. Especially with enough O-sake.

Dip salmon, toss in mouth, shoot sake. Swallow.

Lol yea my finance calculator was off. I was looking at the recovery items Progenex Recovery vs ALN Opticen as my normal protein is covered with Trutein. Big difference in serving size as well (37g vs 95g) Thanks for the catch!

Anyone else get to try Flow at the games?

Re: Progenex FLOW

Compared to Recovery, it has nearly twice the protein though 23 servings instead of 30 though you could probably adjust the serving size to get roughly 30g of protein and 30 servings (more like 28/29). It's not really the same niche or product though with the carbs and vitamin/mineral complex.

If you split the servings, you'd get 46 and 20g of protein vs 22g of protein in Recovery.

I see it as something like Muscle Milk niche, sorta. It's a bit like a mass gainer or MRP.
