Sit Ups: 17, 22, 14, 14, 22 (89) [Total this week: 240]

Incline Flies: 3x10x10/hand

C25K: 60 sec run/6mph, 90 sec walk/2mph @ 20 mins

Comments: Week 1 of all programs done. Getting better and better.

Comments: No setted on the last set of sit ups due that I realized that I need to move down a column.


20140717

Wide Grip Bench Press: 3x10x115

Tricep Extension: 1x10x30, 2x10x42.5

Shrugs: 3x10x135

Lat Pulldowns: 3x10x100

Walking: 3.5 mph, 2.5 incline @ 20 mins

Comments: Haven't done some bar work in a while but I don't think I'll hinder my push ups.

Comments: Sucks that my pull ups went down but that's okay. Not my focus right now anyway.

Comments: I knew that the push ups were progressing too fast. Dropping down a column but doing the same week again. Scratched the sit ups because already bad WOD. Good run today.
