Does anyone know of a video or slideshow showing skin-the-cat? Can't really figure out the move from the descriptions I've found on the web.

I should have some video on my site soon, but I think I can describe it well enough...

Start in a hang on the rings. Pull to a piked inverted hang. Now you should be upside down in a pike with your legs parallel with the ground. Now lower your toes towards the floor slowly. You will end up in a hang with your shoulders stretched up behind you. Do this in a controlled environment first, and be sure to lower slowly so you can feel where your limits are. If you feel yourself dropping out of controll, let go and you can land on the floor on your feet. Does that help?

It's in the ring training dvd. It's basically the same move little boys and girls do on the jungle gym. It's very intuitive if you imagine that you are six years old again. You hang from a bar or pair of rings and pull your legs up to your face. Lean back and roll through until your shoulders are fully extended and your feet are hanging towards the floor again. Then reverse it.
