Re: Wod 10-04-2009
You are seeking your 3-rep max for deadlifts. If you are an experienced lifter simply warm-up with your typical DL warm-up and then start a workout with ascending weights. Try for a 3-rep max on set 4 or 5. Rest 3-5 min. between sets. If you do not wish to explore your max but are an experienced lifter warm-up and then do 5 sets of 3 at 90-95% of your 3-rep max.
If you are NOT an experience lifter spend the day working on technique, NOT max.
These are the WOD's that increase strength in CF and should be approached with the same intensity and focus as the met-con WOD's.
This month there will be a post most days explaining the WOD for new CF'ers. Look for an early post from "bingo".
Welcome aboard. Fasten your seatbelt.
