help with 4-5 WOD

I am trying to help a friend who is currently unable to access the internet but loves strength training, working out, etc. I mailed him a copy of the first page of Crossfit about 2 weeks ago and he wants more info on it BUT my problem is this. Whatever I mailed him had something on it about a 4-5 WOD schedule - I've been searching for what I may have mailed but with no luck. Can anyone out there tell me what this means, what does it consist of... any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Re: help with 4-5 WOD

I remember reading about it in a CF journal.. It's basically just 5 on 2 off (weekends off) instead of the 3 on 1 off. I suggest downloading the CF journal regarding the TEMPLATE. It's a free article and gives examples of the 5 on 2 off approach. I don't remember the exact month so it'll require some searching. Hope this will clear up the confusion.
