American Ninja

Apparently there's an "American Ninja" competition, and here's a guy who is training for it (wfs): http://www.straighttothebar.com/2008..._training.html

A lot of this stuff I've seen before in parkour videos, gymnastics, etc. The one thing I hadn't seen before was something like the pullups at 3:10 . . . that would take considerable grip strength, no?

Re: American Ninja

I have seen those kinds of pull-ups before, and yes they do take a huge amount of grip strength!

Re: American Ninja

Some impressive gymnastics, well besides the back handsprings.

For the pinch pullups I would agree. I dunno about the finger strap pullups.
