I'm sorry, the punctuation is atrocious, and passages seem almost lifted from our 'What is fitness?' journal, but I can't help but think his obstacle course would be fun. Lots of fun. I guess that's the difference the crossfit mentality makes, he says 'toast' I say 'fun'.

Anyone else have an idea for an obstacle course?
