After 5 months of CrossFit my training partners deadlift has increased from 300 to 350 and mine has gone from 245 to 260. His bench went from 225 to 240. My bench went from 190 - 205.

We're happy with this progres, especially since CrossFit doesn't call for the bench very often and we were doing tons of benching before with slow progress. Our deadlift didn't progress this fast either.

There is something magical about the effect CrossFit has on you.
