"Snow Day" WOD
My buddy Greg and I came up with this one during our SoCal Snow Day a couple of weeks ago. Refined it a bit, did it again last night. Real firebreathers can up the weight methinks, we're just little dragons over here.
5 Rounds for time:
15 Box Jumps, 24"
15 OHS, 65#
We both came in right at 25:00 after a food-filled, WOD-lacking, holiday break. I'm guessing I can get down near 22-23, some of y'all should be hitting 15 I think.
