So, in preparation of having an APFT coming up, I decided to give myself a reason to try IF and went to the gym and modified Cindy a bit...
AMRAP in 20min:
I did it this way because my weak areas are situps and the run. I have very strong abs, but the archaic way the army makes you do situps has to be pretty much practiced as you'll be tested.
Needless to say, my abs hurt now, sitting back at the office after lunch..i did hush my hunger, if only for a little while.
5k run at about 6pm tonight
