I need to cut about 20 lbs in 30 days and would like to cut 1-2 inches from my waste. I read the previous posts about hyper hydrosis. Any other recommendations along with that? and is it possible? Thanks in advance for any helpful info.

Here's a good article that might help you out on cutting and making weight. Its work/kid safe and in MS word format.

Thanks Jamie. That's the best article I've seen so far on the subject.

Jamie

Do you have a day before weigh in or is it on the day? if it is on the day then you may want to reconsider your action plan.

How clean is your diet at the moment

20lbs in 30 days is very possible but it would depend on your body.

How heavy are you and what physical state is your body in?

When cutting weight you should always do a trial run but you have left this to late. Diet needs to be spot on now and if it is i'd say you will definately struggle.

protein shakes helped me cut 23 pounds right before my fight. Makes you really full. Mix it in with some berries, keifer, flaxseed oil, and oatmeal for the antioxidants and to clean your system

Heh, Jeremy I always have the same kind of response to my wife when she complains that she's not at her target weight.

I mean, those people on "the biggest losers" are all idiots.. just hack your ******* leg off and take the million dollars then re-attach it.. done, and DONE.
