Hey everyone. Most of ya may already know of thes for for those who dont here they are:
www.icompete.org and www.mma.tv They give tons of listing for MMA, grappling, kickbocking tourneys all around the country.

Feel free to post some other ones here as well.

Matt, do you have a link to any info about Penn separating a rib?

Did he do it during the submission attempt? That was a serious effort on his part and he seemed fine up to that point.

Wrong thread?

I guess he did it when he was taking Matt's back. Although there was a poorly blocked body kick in the second round that may have been the cause.

I popped my rib taking a hard right hook to the ribs, it was hardly noticable during the round, but became the most painful thing I have ever felt. I could not even roll over in bed due to the pain that night.
