CFSB was one of the first CF hybrid programs. Unfortunately, Gant and Brandon Oto had already been doing work on a hybrid system and CF really needed a hybrid program made from one of their own.

Go Outlaw or CFFB. If you'd stalled out on linear progression, I guess you could try the 2nd level of the linear SWOD instead of Amateur.

Most gals really need to work bench press. It's a pretty good cureall, even for female gymnasts.

It sounds like you need to spend some time doing speed/power movements. PowerCleans and 531 or CFFB. Plenty of sprinting in CFFB.

You can easily plug in some Oly before the main 531 lifts besides Jim's favorites of running and jumping as part of conditioning and power development.
