Have not taken Angie out since February of this year. Could not find post for that WOD, so using this as benchmark. Quads cramped up in squats. LLOOONNGG way to go.

Just found my old post for Angie. It was in May. Not February. Time then was 27 and change. Does this mean that CrossFit doesn't work?? No!!! It means that I have not been dilligent and consistent of my application of CrossFit. This ends now.

I hate running. I have not run more than 800m consecutively since beginning CrossFit, or even 1 mile since highschool. I graduated in 95.
