For those who follow the WODs as Rx'ed, including the 3-1 schedule, what do you do for the rest days? Light work like KB juggling (H2H stuff), take the dog for a walk, or just vedge and stuff around the house?

It mainly depends on the person. For me, some days I work on skills others I just lay around and do nothing. It all depends on how tiered I am.

You should walk the dog every day anyway. Seriously, in general, a rest day should be for rest. If it's the ocassional active day, that's cool. But you know what would constitute a workout. Avoid those.

I do yard work and chores around the house. Makes me feel active without getting overtrained. And yeah, I walk my psycho dog like 8 times a day. He's a consistent initiator.
