Okay. This may sound silly but it is just another measure of how crossfit has changed my life!

The other day my son lost a toy behind our very heavy couch and asked if I was strong enough to pull the couch out so he could get it. I have done it in the past but it took a lot of work. however, by phrasing it "are you strong enough to do it" I felt challenged and decided not to just tell him to wait until daddy came home.

Well, I know how heavy that couch is, which is why I rarely move it. I geared up my muscles to use the same amount of energy I used six months ago (last time I moved it) and pushed.

That couch almost went flying across the living room! Putting it back was no problem!

Thanks crossfit!

Impressive display of Strength, Beth! Isn't it great to see how much you can improve in such a short period of time. You have only greater improvements in your fitness ahead of you.

I need to move all the "devices" in our workout room out of my way so I can set up my Larval Crossfit Affiliate room.
