Can I come?

Just kidding, but man, that does sound fun!

Lol. It's sold out though, bro. I can't even get on the waitlist.

there might be a way we could both get in though...

Tim,
Send your post to your local Affiliate - Let them know your struggle and goal to get back at it - Have them scale intensity to get you back in the environment. It sounds like you need inspiration and community on a daily basis.

In Strength,
Jerry

Tim, Do you have a buddy who you can work out with (either from the affiliate, or in general)? My roommate and other friend I workout with are probably two of the major reasons I work out and push myself when I feel this way. I get the same SAD stuff except for longer than you... Only way I found to avoid it is never stop being busy and have someone motivating me.

Just my $.02. Hope you're feeling better from the injury and all.

Re: lacking the will after a 2 month layoff

Tim,

Trust me I can understand what you are going through, I have had to force myself to endure the workouts every couple of months. The weather in this area takes it out of me just as others have mentioned, it is a very real issue.

When I offered my help that is exactly what I meant. I am not simply there to push you to new levels but rather a coach and would be happy to coach you through this! You have tremendous ability, we just added a new class to our programming. We are getting rid of our 10 pass for the exact experience you had, we need to see you 3-4 times a week to better understand you and your training needs. Just added an elements class 8 times a week so that we can ease you back into the level training. These classes are limited to 5 people per class and are built for us to work with each athlete on a more individualized basis.

I can also help you with your issue with getting into the cert, Troy was signed up for the cert but the AF won't let him out of drill. You can roll with Caity, Eric and myself if you want to head up there.

Shoot me an email and lets get you back on your feet, I want you to get back after it!

Keep your head up!

Bill
